1. Booking Confirmation

• Booking will be confirmed only after advance payment receipt.
• Guests are requested to share valid ID proof before travel.
• Final payment must be cleared before trip completion.

2. Vehicle Usage

• Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary and package.
• AC may be switched off on hilly areas for vehicle safety and performance.
• Extra sightseeing or route change will be chargeable.
• Night driving after 9 PM in extreme mountain areas depends on weather and driver safety.

3. Driver & Guest Behaviour

• Guests are requested to maintain respectful behaviour with drivers and staff.
• Alcohol, smoking, illegal substances, or misbehaviour inside vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Driver has full right to stop vehicle in unsafe road or weather conditions.

4. Timing & Delays

• Guests must follow reporting timings properly.
• Delay from guest side may lead to skipping sightseeing points without refund.
• Traffic jams, landslides, snowfall, roadblocks, weather conditions, political issues, strikes, or natural disasters are not under company control.

5. Hill Area Conditions

• Himachal Pradesh roads are mountain roads and travel time may vary.
• During snowfall or road closure, vehicle type may be changed according to local administration rules.

6. Extra Charges

• Additional sightseeing
• Extra waiting time
• Route diversion
• Toll, parking, permit, or state taxes (if not included)
• Hotel stay or food for driver during extended trips

7. Passenger Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings.
• Company is not responsible for loss, theft, accident, injury, weather issues, or delays caused by third-party services.

8. Travel Safety

• Seat belts are recommended during journey.
• Mountain travel depends on weather and road conditions.
• Company always prioritizes guest safety over speed or schedule.

9. Force Majeure

• Landslides
• Snowfall
• Floods
• Road closure
• Government restrictions
• Natural calamities
• Political disturbances

10. Jurisdiction

• All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of Himachal Pradesh courts only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 30 days before travel: 10% cancellation charges
• 15 to 29 days before travel: 25% cancellation charges
• 7 to 14 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges
• 0 to 6 days before travel: No refund

Peak Season / Long Weekend / Snow Season

• Advance amount is non-refundable.
• Date change depends on availability and price difference.

No Show Policy

• No refund for unused services, no show, or early trip termination.

Refund Policy

• Refund process may take 7–14 working days.
• Transaction charges or payment gateway charges may be deducted.
